Rental Policy
A Cleaning and Damage Deposit is required for all facility rentals. Building Deposit is calculated as 20% of the Building Rental Base Rate.
Deposit is refundable if the building is cleaned and undamaged.
Security will be required for all events where alcohol is present. The Fairgrounds management will determine the amount of security needed for your event. Security fees will be added to your rental fee. Any event in honor of a minor will not be allowed to have alcohol.
